⚡ Enigma – Server Rules ⚡ ⚠️ MUST BE 18 OR OLDER By joining Enigma and this Discord, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older. Staff may remove or ban anyone suspected of being underage. Welcome to Enigma! Our goal is immersive, long-term, and realistic roleplay. By joining, you agree to follow all rules and respect the community. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1️⃣ Serious Roleplay (SRP) ⚡ This is a serious RP city. All actions must be realistic and RP-driven. ❌ No random killing (RDM), random robbery, or chaos without proper RP buildup. 💀 Value your life and the lives of others at all times. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 2️⃣ Metagaming & Powergaming – Zero Tolerance 🚫 Metagaming is prohibited: • Using information your character would not realistically know. • Using Discord, streams, chats, DMs, or outside communication to gain in-game advantages. ⚠️ Exploiting outside information may result in a ban. 💪 Powergaming is not allowed: • Forcing RP outcomes or performing unrealistic actions. • Ignoring injuries or RP limitations. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 3️⃣ Exploits, Cheating & Abuse 🐛 Exploiting bugs, scripts, mechanics, or server features is prohibited. 📢 Report any bugs to staff immediately. ⚠️ Exploiting for money, items, vehicles, or information may result in an immediate ban. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 4️⃣ Respect & Conduct 🤝 Treat all players and staff with respect. ❌ No harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, or excessive toxicity. 🎭 Keep disagreements in character whenever possible. 👮 Staff decisions are final—arguing publicly will not help your case. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 5️⃣ New Life Rule (NLR) 💀 If your character is fully downed or killed, you do not remember events leading up to that situation. ⛔ You may not seek revenge or return to the scene unless properly RP’d and allowed. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 6️⃣ Roleplay Scenarios 🎬 Provide proper RP before initiating criminal activity. ❌ Do not force players into situations without RP options. ⚔️ Robberies, kidnappings, and violent RP must remain realistic and fair. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 7️⃣ Gangs, MCs & Organizations 🏍️ Gangs and MCs must follow server guidelines and respect RP boundaries. ❌ No mass recruiting without proper RP. 🌐 Territory wars and conflicts must be RP-driven, not shoot-on-sight. 👕 Gang, MC, or mafia clothing is only allowed if you are a member. Failing to comply may result in kick or ban. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 8️⃣ Businesses & Economy 🏪 Businesses are player-owned and RP-focused. ⚠️ Abuse of business systems, pricing exploits, or money laundering is prohibited. 💵 Businesses are meant to generate RP, not passive income farms. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 9️⃣ Character Creation & Play 👤 No joke, troll, or unrealistic characters. 📝 Character names must be realistic. 🎭 Stay in character at all times while in the city. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔟 Voice & Communication 🎙️ Must have a working microphone. ✅ Voice changers are allowed only if realistic and approved. ❌ No soundboards, music spam, or voice trolling during RP. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1️⃣1️⃣ Cops & EMS Rule 🚨 If you are killed by cops and EMS is not there within 2 minutes to revive you, the suspect cannot be arrested for that incident. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1️⃣2️⃣ Staff Discretion 👮 Staff may intervene in any situation. ⚖️ Punishments may vary based on intent, history, and severity. ❌ Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1️⃣3️⃣ No Politics 🚫 Politics are strictly prohibited within the Enigma community. This includes discussions, debates, arguments, or references to real-world political topics, parties, figures, or ideologies in Discord, in-game voice/text, or any community spaces. ⚠️ The purpose of this rule is to keep the community focused on roleplay and prevent unnecessary conflict. ❌ Players who bring politics into the community may receive warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans depending on severity. Repeated violations can and will result in a permanent ban. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌟 Additional Rules ❌ No GTA-style driving — this should be common sense for anyone who has played in a serious FiveM server. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⚡ Final Note The goal of Enigma is long-term, immersive storytelling — not speedrunning content.
